Dzongkha Braille or Bhutanese Braille, is the braille alphabet for writing Dzongkha, the national language of is based on English braille, with some extensions from international usage. As in print, the vowel a is not written.. Despite Dzongkha and Tibetan using nearly the same alphabet in print, the braille alphabets differ radically, with Tibetan Braille closer to German. Ema datshi (Dzongkha: ཨེ་མ་དར་ཚིལ་; Wylie: e-ma dar-tshil) is among the most famous dishes in Bhutanese cuisine, recognized as a national dish of Bhutan. It is made from hot chili peppers and cheese; "ema" means "chili" and "datshi" means "cheese" in the Dzongkha language of Bhutan.. Different varieties of chilies may be used: green chili, red chili, and/or white chili.
